CNC Machining

Akrivis has an extensive range of multi-axis CNC turning and milling centers complemented by some manual machinery. We make anything from one off prototypes to large volume production.    

CAD/CAM

We utilize advanced CAD/CAM software to support machining and prototyping projects. Under ISO 9001, we can assist with design and development activities such as modeling, drafting, and prototype 3D printing.

For AS9100D aerospace and defense work, Akrivis does not hold design authority. All aerospace parts are manufactured strictly to customer‑controlled drawings, models, and specifications (Clause 8.3 excluded).

Quality is foundational at Akrivis Machine Inc. Our Quality Management System follows ISO 9001:2015 and has been fully aligned with AS9100D requirements. We are prepared for our Stage 1 certification audit to serve aerospace and defense clients with rigor and reliability. We maintain high standards of dimensional accuracy and process control through disciplined inspection practices and continual improvement to ensure consistent, reliable results across all projects.

Scope & Exclusions (AS9100D)

ISO 9001:2015: Includes design and development of products and processes when required by our customers.

AS9100D: Our QMS has been aligned with AS9100D and we are prepared for our Stage 1 certification audit. Scope is limited to CNC machining and manufacturing services based on customer‑supplied design data. Design and development (Clause 8.3) is excluded from our AS9100D certification scope.
