For our AS9100D scope (aerospace and defense), Akrivis Machine Inc. manufactures components exclusively from customer-supplied designs, drawings, and models. Design and development activities (Clause 8.3) are excluded from this scope. We are a dedicated manufacture-to-print partner for these critical applications.

CNC Turning & Mill-Turn

We operate advanced turning centers with sub-spindle and live tooling capabilities, enabling "Done-in-One" manufacturing. Our flagship 9-axis mill-turn machine allows us to complete highly complex parts in a single setup, eliminating handling errors and reducing lead times.

Key Capabilities: Multi-axis turning, bar feeding for automation, turning up to 22.4" diameter, sub-spindle transfers.

Prototyping & Development

Innovation starts here. We work closely with engineers and designers to bring concepts to reality. Our team utilizes advanced CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, ESPRIT, Fusion 360) to optimize designs for manufacturability (DFM), ensuring your prototypes are viable for future production.

Production Machining

Scalability is key. From short runs to high-volume production, our automated systems, including bar feeders and collaborative robots, ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery. We provide verifiable quality reports and material traceability for every batch.
